This is to make the event as competitive as possible and out of respect to other players.
When does registration close?
Registration will be open until Sunday 17th August so please don’t delay registering.
How many events can I enter?
You can enter up to 3 events in these categories: Championship Singles, Graded Singles, Graded Doubles, Graded Mixed Doubles. If you don’t have a partner for a doubles event, you may enter as ‘partner required’ and we will do our best to find a partner of a similar standard for you. If you enter with a named partner they must ALSO enter, so please ask them to do so before the closing date.
What is the entry fee?
Entry fee is €15 per event. This must be paid when you register online.
What are the rules on availability?
You can nominate 1 unavailable day when you submit your entry. If you are entering 3 events, you are limited to only 1 unavailable day. If you only enter 1 or 2 events, you may nominate a second day in the Notes section of your entry – however, both days cannot be in the the last 3 days of the competition i.e. Thursday 4th Sept – Saturday 6th Sept.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, you become unavailable on Finals day you must contact Geoff on 086-8879843 and withdraw from the tournament before you play any further games.

Why do I need a Tennis Ireland account to register?
We use Tournament Software for the Club Championships so the entry process is a little different to the Smart Club Cloud event registration you are used to. You need to have a Tennis Ireland account to use this Tournament Software.
How do I sort out my Tennis Ireland account?
To enter the Club Championships you will need a Tennis Ireland pin (TI pin). If you do not already have an account with Tennis Ireland and do not have a TI pin, you can get one from Tennis Ireland before you register. Every player playing the Club Championships must register and pay online. For doubles events both players must register.
If you already have a TI pin and know your login name and password, you can click HERE to bring you to the Castleknock Club Champs 2025 tournament page and click the ENTER button (top right) to enter your login details.
If you have created a Tennis Ireland account but cannot remember your Login Name or Password click “Lost your password?” or “Lost your login name?” at the bottom of the Log in box.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up with Tennis Ireland by clicking “Sign up” in the green box on the right of the Log in page and follow the instructions.

How do I register?
If you do not have a PayPal account, please use a Laptop or PC to enter the tournament as you do not get the option to pay using a debit / credit card on your phone.
When you have logged in, your profile page is displayed and you can then search for ‘Castleknock Club Champs’ in the ‘My Tournaments’ box and click the ‘Online Entry’ to enter. You will be asked for details of events that you want to enter and your availability.
Once you have completed your registration you will be transferred to a PayPal page.
How do I pay online?
You can pay with PayPal if you wish. If you want to pay by card, just click Pay with Debit or Credit Card at the bottom and enter your details. The entry fee will be debited from your account and a receipt page will be displayed.
