What is the Ladies Winter League?
The Winter League is an inter-club league run by Dublin Lawn Tennis Council
When is the Ladies Winter League on?
Matches will be held on Sunday afternoon (2pm or 3.30pm) on Jan 26th, Feb 2nd, Feb 9th, Feb 16th, Feb 23rd.
If your team qualifies 1st or 2nd place in your group, you will be involved in the play-off matches.
Dates for the play-offs are March 2nd (Round 1), March 9th (Quarter Finals), March 23rd (Semi Finals), March 30th (Finals),
What is the format of the Winter League?
Each team has 6 players (3 sets of double pairings) and each pairing plays the best of three sets against a team from another club.
Where do the matches take place?
You could be scheduled to play at home in Castleknock or away in a different club.
What classes are played in Winter League?
We plan on fielding 11 ladies teams ranging from Class 1 to Class 8.
