There are no refunds for missed classes. It is your responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions. If the club cancels a session, a refund or make-up session will be arranged.
10. How do I sign up for group coaching?
Group coaching registration is done through Smart Club Cloud. The schedule is published a few days before registration opens, giving you time to review and choose a suitable class. Once registration opens, places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. Can I book an indoor court for private coaching during junior coaching times?
No. Indoor courts cannot be booked for coaching during the junior coaching programme. Any available indoor courts during that time must be left for social play and may not be booked for coaching.
