What Do We Do at New Era Coaching? We get asked this a lot—and we love it! At New Era Coaching, we’re a Small Group Personal Training Gym. But what does that actually mean?  Think of it as personal training—with a group atmosphere. You’re not going it alone, but you're still getting expert coaching and individual attention. Every session is led by a coach who guides you through the workout, helps you with technique, chooses the right weights, and makes sure you know exactly what to do.  Our sessions are 45 minutes long and have a maximum of 6 people, creating a positive and motivating environment while still allowing for a personalised approach to best suit your training goals. The award acknowledges the club’s commitment to Enjoy Tennis Initiatives and leadership role in launching Parastanding Tennis in Ireland. CLTC proudly hosted the first-ever Parastanding Tennis event in the country, followed by the first regional launch as part of Tennis Ireland’s national Parastanding Tennis initiative. These landmark events showcased our club’s ability to create meaningful opportunities for players of all abilities in a welcoming and inclusive environment. David has been the main catalyst behind the introduction and growth of Parastanding Tennis in Ireland.
