Junior Coaching Programme – September 2026 Information

We hope all of our junior players enjoyed the last coaching term and are looking forward to a great summer!
Junior Coaching – September 2026
If your child is currently in the coaching programme, or if you are interested in joining the programme for September, please read the information below carefully.
How the Process Works
All current juniors in the coaching programme will automatically be moved into the appropriate coaching class for September. Categories are determined by year of birth, so your child may move into a different category for the new term.
The coaching categories for September are:
- Red Ball: 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019
- Orange Ball: 2018
- Green Ball: 2017, 2016
- Yellow Ball (Under 13): 2015, 2014
- Teen Tennis (14–17 years): 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010
Once your child has been assigned to their September class, you will receive an email from Smart Club Cloud confirming the class details.

Please note that all categories are based solely on year of birth. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that children from the same family will be scheduled on the same day or at the same time.
Development & Performance Programme
All juniors in the Development and Performance programmes are managed directly by Stephen.

Please note that the club office cannot assist with Development or Performance programme enquiries.
Key Dates
- 26 June – All current juniors will have been moved to their September coaching classes.
- 29th June– The September coaching schedule will be released for members to review.
- 12 July (midnight) – Deadline for payment to secure your child’s place.
- 13 July – Any unpaid/available places will be released and made available for booking through Smart Club Cloud.
To guarantee your child’s place in the programme, payment must be completed by the deadline. Places that have not been secured by payment cannot be held as we have many members waiting to join the programme.
Please note that we are not in a position to operate waiting lists.
New Joiners
If you would like your child to join the coaching programme, please:
- Review the published September schedule.
- Find the appropriate age category class for your child.
- Book directly through Smart Club Cloud under Coaching.
All juniors participating in the coaching programme must hold a valid CLTC Junior Membership for 2026.
Membership renewals for 2027 will take place in December. If you wish your child to continue in the coaching programme next year, their membership must be renewed at that time.
A Final Note
The office team is always happy to help with queries. However, we would greatly appreciate parents managing their coaching bookings directly through Smart Club Cloud wherever possible.
